Slogan: Three types of MRI in one!
The brain is responsible for the regulation and functioning of the human body. Studying the structural and functional organization of the brain is important both from the theoretical point of view for understanding pathophysiological processes and from the practical point of view for treatment and prevention of CNS diseases. Our program "NeuroGraphix" allows to aggregate data of three types of MRI studies (functional, morphometry and tractography) with visualization of aggregation results. The main functionality of the program: loading of MRI data in DICOM format; selection of specific data and type of analysis; visualization of analysis results: visualization of brain model in three planes; selection of 3D brain model slice for visualization; display of analysis results layer by layer with the possibility of selecting the degree of transparency and order; selection of region of interest (ROI) in each slice; adjustment of color map for visualization. Slogan: Use your phone to collect your health data!
The modern world provides quick access to a huge amount of information, which significantly affects the state of people. In order to monitor and manage the psychophysiological state of a person, it is necessary to build an individual model of the person. The data collected through a mobile application can help in building such a model. Thanks to this program "Health Status data" this becomes more accessible. The application "Health Status data" will help to collect data to assess the level of stress, sleep quality, level of physical activity and build recommendations that will help to lead a healthy lifestyle.
